02. Spot the Pattern — Look across the decisions — who keeps getting approved, and who keeps getting rejected? Compare their salary and credit score too, not just the outcome.
03. Name the Bias — Decide what type of bias this is, and explain your reasoning using specific applicant numbers as evidence.
04. Propose a Fix — Suggest one concrete change to the data or the AI's rules that would make future decisions fairer.
